Spring and summer meet on Memorial Day.

My yard and gardens are starting their yearly show
of color. Yesterday I planted some annuals to fill
in the gaps. I love my flowers.
The big pond and the little pond draw in the birds.
We have quite a group of Purple martins.
They should keep the mosquito's at bay.
This years color selection is purple and orange.
I look forward to lots of enjoyment.
Lantana for the hummingbirds.
I even planted two pimento peppers in with the flowers.
Should make an interesting look plus some peppers
to mix with cheese.
I have started to pack for QSDS 2015 in Columbus and look
forward to seeing the Quilt Nationals.
Well I am off to the studio.

The Pines Gallery

Sunday's little meet the artist went well.
The spectators had plenty of interesting question.
The art looked lovely.
My mentor Ms Doris 93 years young came with to
keep me company.
Moonstruck was a favorite.

I was back in the studio this morning hard at work.
Now I need to concentrate on getting my stuff
together for QSDS 2015 in Columbus, Ohio the
first week of June.
